STEP 1
Collect 10-15 strands of head or body hair. Brush with a clean comb/brush, cut, or gently pull. Whatever is easiest for you and your pet. If hair samples are less than 1" in length, we require an increase sample size of 20-25 strands of hair

STEP 2
Place your hair sample into the provided parchment paper bag. Place the parchment paper bag into the included anti-static bag, then seal shut.

STEP 3
Next, place the anti-static bag back inside the 5Strands box, then place the box into the provided poly return shipping bag. Attach the included prepaid shipping label on top of the poly bag and it's ready to mail to our 5Strands lab for analysis.
