If you are out of head hair… have no worries. Any body hair can be used to conduct the testing. (Arm hair, leg hair, nose hair, ear hair, facial hair) We prefer to have at least 10-15 strands of hair at least 1 inch long. If you do not have hair that is at least 1 inch long, then please provide us with more than 15 strands of hair.
With intolerance testing, you do not have to ingest or be exposed to the item for it to register as an imbalance. When choosing the “E-Kit” option, your emailed order confirmation will include an attached document file for immediate download and action. You will need to print the required submission form, fill it out and send to us along with your hair sample. Complete instructions regarding the form, hair sample, packing and mailing are included in the downloadable E-Kit document.
If you choose the “Shipped-Kit” option, your emailed order confirmation will NOT include an attached document for immediate download and action. Rather, within 5-7 business days, you will receive a kit in the mail which includes the required submission form to fill out to send to us along with your hair sample. In addition, you will receive a parchment paper bag and a static free bag in which to place the hair sample plus a shipping envelope. Complete printed instructions are provided in the Shipped Kit.
Please note that the turn-around time for the “E-Kit” is much quicker than the “Shipped Kit” because of the ability for you to immediately access the required submission form and take action. When you cook a food the process of heating it kills the oxygen and enzymes within the food.
